Shadow Lake Club Grounds

Property Regulations

1. Use of the Lakes, Ponds, Grounds, Club House, and Recreational Facilities is reserved exclusively for members and their accompanying guests.
2. Only Resident or Social Members and their guests are allowed to park on Shadow Lake property while attending Shadow Lake functions, using Shadow Lake recreational facilities or fishing and/or boating on Shadow Lake.
3. Members may not permit others to enter Shadow Lake property, or to fish and/or boat on the Lakes or Pond, unless accompanied by the member, at all times.
4. Shadow Lake members may keep a boat at the Club House but must store it on a boat rack.  All boats must be registered with the Boat Storage Committee.  No boats should be left on the grass.  All boats must be assigned a “Boat Rack Number” in order to obtain that number.
5. Some individual homeowners’ Lakefront and Pond Properties extend to the edge of the lake or pond.  Other Shadow lake members may not access these properties without permission from the homeowner.
6. Access to Lakes and Pond for boating and/or fishing must be made from Shadow Lake property ONLY.  No motorized boats, except for those that are battery powered or electric, are allowed on the Lakes or on the Pond.
7. Members, and their guests, use of the Lakes and Pond are at their “own risks.”  Life jackets should be worn at all times.
8. Swimming is NOT allowed in the Lakes or in the Pond.
9. The use of the outdoor grill is available to all members between the hours of 1:00 pm and 8:00 pm during scheduled pool hours.  In order to use the grill, you MUST sign in, and out, with the lifeguard on duty.  In turn, the lifeguard will give you access to the clubhouse for the sole purpose of turning on the gas to the grill.  In no event, shall you have access to the clubhouse.  Prior to 8:00 pm, all use of the outdoor grill MUST be terminated and the gas line MUST be shut off.
10. IN OUR ATTEMPT TO KEEP SHADOW LAKE SECURE AND PRIVATE, PLEASE ASK ANY TRESPASSERS TO LEAVE THE PROPERTY.
